About Denise Bolden-Little
Denise has over 15 years of experience in counseling and psychiatric care. She has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and in home. Denise works with adult clients doing individual and couples therapy. Denise provides counseling for individuals who are experiencing Mood Disorders, Substance Abuse, Family Conflict, Trauma, Grief, Workplace Issues, PTSD, Caregiver Issues, Women's Issues, Anger Management, Stress Management, Spiritual Issues, and OCD. She uses a variety of treatment modalities, including a holistic approach to therapy. Denise tailors her treatment plan based on individual needs and what will be most beneficial for the client.
