Grayson & Associates has seven Outpatient locations across Alabama. Five locations in and around Birmingham as well as locations in Anniston and Montgomery.

Inpatient Services
Grayson & Associates treats patients at seven different hospitals across the state in addition to our outpatient services. Hospitals include: Grandview Medical Center, St. Vincents East, Baptist Medical Center South, Crossbridge Behavioral Health, St. Vincent's Blount, St. Vincent's Chilton, St. Vincent's St. Clair, and Regional Medical Center.
History
Grayson & Associates, P.C. was established in 1985 by Dr. Garry Grayson with the mission of providing top quality mental health services in Birmingham, Alabama. Since that time, the practice has grown into the largest private mental health care provider in Alabama. Our team of more than 75 clinicians includes psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and nurse practitioners.
Outpatient services are provided at five separate Birmingham locations as well as locations in Montgomery and Anniston. Inpatient and admitting privileges are through St. Vincent's East, Grandview, and HillCrest Hospital in Birmingham. In Montgomery, our inpatient services are offered through Crossbridge Behavioral Health, while the Anniston area inpatient treatment is provided at both the Northeast Regional Medical Center and the Regional Medical Center Jacksonville. Psychiatrists in the group also consult with mental health agencies and community mental health centers.
Future
Grayson & Associates is dedicated to continuing the treatment of patients in the Alabama area in an outpatient setting. However, we are keenly aware of the changing technologies in the medical field, and will continue to explore ways to better serve our patients.
Our providers will continue to operate in an interdisciplinary fashion, leaving it up to them to decide best forms of treatment for their patients.
We are also aware that many of our patients must travel to see our providers, so video conference will become available to patients at the discretion of our clinicians.
Grayson & Associates has five locations in Birmingham, including offices in Homewood, Trussville, Hoover, and Meadow Brook. We also have offices in Montgomery and Anniston.
