About Angela Hayes

Angela Hayes, MS, LPC, NCC, is a licensed professional counselor, she provides counseling services for individuals, adolescents, couples and family. She received her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts with a major in English and minor in business communication from The University of Montevallo. She obtained her Masters of Science Degree from Capella University with a specialization in mental health counseling. She also has a Certificate in couples and family therapy. She has extensive experience in many different client populations including inpatient hospital settings. She believes her calling is to help people heal from the various challenges that life can bring on a daily basis. Her practice provides a safe and non-threatening environment for clients to seeking counseling.
 
Her goal is to make counseling more accessible.  “Helping people heal because it’s possible" is her vision statement for her practice. She believes people can survive the hurdles and traumas of life with support, empathy, non-judgment and quality interventions. As a result, these factors will help the client, family or marriages to begin to heal.
