Aftab Khan, M.D.

Dr. Khan is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He completed his training in General Adult Psychiatry at Harvard and then did a fellowship in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy also at Harvard University. Dr. Khan treats a wide range of psychiatric conditions with medications but always keeps psychological aspects of one’s suffering in mind. In addition to seeing patients of all ages with varying ailments, he has also conducted stress management trainings and cross-cultural adaptations trainings. He has been an invited speaker to Harvard twice and other academic departments of psychiatry across the country. He also has presented in international meetings like World Psychiatric Congress Annual meeting and American Psychiatric Association Annual meeting. Before joining Grayson & Associates P.C. he was Residency Training Director and Vice Chair for Education at the Department of Psychiatry at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, where he received "Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award" from trainees twice. His main responsibility was to train future psychiatrists in the art and science of evidence based modern psychiatry.
