Alexis Saville is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. She compassionately meets each client where they are in their journey and works hard to create a safe and supportive space for growth and healing. Alexis has experience working with clients of all ages and stages of life and has helped clients through a variety of life’s challenges including depression, anxiety, body image issues, eating disorders, self-esteem, sexuality, stress, women’s issues, abuse, PTSD, dating and relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, grief and loss, substance use disorders, and suicidal ideation. Alexis’s approach is collaborative and tailored to each client, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy, person centered, and strengths based perspectives. Alexis is also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
